Delivery is instant via email or website dashboard.


3.3 Device Compatibility


You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM.

A non-compatible device is not covered by refunds.


4. Activation and Usage

  • eSIM activation may require internet access.

  • Data plans start their validity either at activation or as stated in the product description.

  • Data speeds may vary depending on network conditions.

  • We are not responsible for network interruptions caused by third-party telecom operators.


5. Refund Policy


Because eSIMs are digital products and become non-returnable once delivered, refunds are only provided in the following cases:


Refunds ARE accepted if:

  • The eSIM cannot be installed due to a technical issue caused by us

  • The QR code or activation code was never delivered

  • The plan fails to activate and our support team confirms the issue


Refunds are NOT accepted if:

  • Your device is not eSIM-compatible

  • You purchased the wrong destination or plan

  • You changed your travel plans

  • The eSIM was already scanned, installed, activated, or partially used

  • Poor network quality controlled by third-party operators


All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


6. User Responsibilities


You agree not to:

  • Misuse or resell the eSIM without authorization

  • Attempt to access or modify our systems

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Violate telecom regulations in any country


You are responsible for:

  • Verifying your device compatibility

  • Providing correct information

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
