Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing your eSIM from PIKUP France.

Because eSIMs are digital products that are delivered instantly and become non-returnable once activated or scanned, our refund rules differ from traditional physical products.


Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:


1.1 eSIM Not Delivered


If you did not receive your eSIM QR code, activation code, or installation instructions after a successful payment, we will issue a full refund.


1.2 Technical Issue Caused by Us


If your eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a confirmed technical issue on our side, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem, you are eligible for a refund.


1.3 Activation Failure


If the eSIM fails to activate despite following all official instructions, and the issue is verified by our support team and the network provider, we will provide a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:


2.1 Wrong Device Compatibility


If your device does not support eSIM technology.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.


2.2 Wrong Plan or Country Purchased


If you accidentally purchased:

  • The wrong destination

  • The wrong data plan

  • Multiple plans

    These are not refundable.


2.3 Change of Travel Plans


Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your trip was canceled

  • Your plans changed

  • You no longer need the eSIM


2.4 eSIM Already Delivered and Used


No refunds will be issued if:

  • The eSIM QR code was scanned

  • The eSIM was installed

  • Any data was consumed

  • The validity period has started


2.5 Network Quality


We are not responsible for:

  • Coverage limitations

  • Speed reductions

  • Network issues caused by third-party operators


Telecom networks vary by location and are not guaranteed.


3. Time Limit for Refund Requests


All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests received after 7 days will not be eligible.


4. Verification Process


Before issuing a refund, our support team may ask for:

  • Screenshots of error messages

  • Device settings

  • Activation attempts

  • Confirmation that the eSIM has not been installed


Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the refund.


5. How Refunds Are Issued


Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the same payment method used for purchase

  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank


We cannot refund to a different payment method.
